As a Wyoming licensed CPA and business transition advisor, Leonard Holler has been providing accounting and tax preparation services for over 40 years in Wyoming.  Practicing as a CVA, Certified Valuation Analyst, his services have included the valuation of hundreds of small to medium sized businesses for various purposes including – buy or sell transactions, price negotiations, bank financing, wealth management, estate planning, exit planning and succession planning.  Leonard works closely with family-owned businesses and their other advisors, as a Certified Family Business Advisor, implementing strategies to add value and continuity to the family business.  His years of experience help him analyze financial statements to determine management's effectiveness and the business's efficiencies as an integral part of the valuation procedures. Leonard has consulted with the owners of businesses throughout their life cycle from start-up to sale or succession. During Leonard’s many years of practice, he also managed several organizations on a contract basis including a small manufacturing enterprise, a business incubator facility and has handled the financial affairs of several not-for-profit and religious organizations.  He has been involved in several governmental and non-profit agencies' financial audits and been active as a board member for economic development, social, religious and charitable organizations for much of his life.
